About the role

Reporting to the Lead Clinician Social Worker, the position will be responsible for helping individuals, families, groups and communities to enhance their individual and collective well-being. It aims to help people develop their skills and their ability to use their own resources and those of the community to resolve problems. The position will work closely with the key roles across the multidisciplinary team and will liaise with key external stakeholders.

What you'll accomplish

You will apply experience and professional competence to plan, implement and evaluate a comprehensive and integrated range of services, that reflect current international recommendations for best practice, appropriate to the needs of the clients and their families/carers.

About you

If you have the following attributes, we want to hear from you:

  • Substantial knowledge experience in working with people on the Autism Spectrum
  • Experience in the provision of case management and case coordination of services
  • Experience in the delivery of services to individuals and/or their families
  • Experience in working with external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
  • Has active listening skills and seeks, provides and/or shares information in an appropriate and respectful manner
  • High level interpersonal skills including the ability to work and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
