JOB DESCRIPTION

Administration Assistant

Our client is seeking an experienced administration assistant/legal secretary for an on-going contract. The position is based in Port Augusta but might include relief work in Whyalla. This position is an FTE of 0.8 and will be worked over four days per week.

The Role:

  • Provide a professional and timely reception service to clients
  • Collate documents and prepare Briefs for in-house lawyers
  • Handle telephone and email enquires in a courteous and effective manner
  • Support lawyers on a day-to-day basis including generation of emails, letters, and court documents
  • Ability to work four days per week

The Ideal Candidate will have the following:

  • Experience in a legal firm environment or similar
  • Experience in document formatting
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must hold a current driver's licence
