JOB DESCRIPTION

 The Role

Reporting to the Estimating & Scheduling Team Leader, the core of this role is to ensure all costing aspects of the business are completed with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. 

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Ensure quality, consistency and completeness of quotations and costings
  • Scheduling all material and labour quantities accurately and efficiently 
  • Raising purchase orders 
  • Reviewing contract documentation
  • Assist management with the maintenance of pricing strategies, promotions and price books
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in priorities
  • Good level of computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience and knowledge of commercial and residential roofing and/or construction industry will be highly regarded
