The opportunity

Right now, we have an opportunity for a Communications Officer to join us to support the Workplaces Branch within the People and Culture Division.

This role supports a range of Workplaces projects, encompassing technology, accommodation and ways of working, by contributing to a communications plan that supports the overall change plan for Workplaces, developing and implementing communication plans, and creating content and materials that drive engagement, influence behaviours and new ways of working across Transport.

What You Will Be Involved In

You will d evelop content and materials that facilitate the communication of key messages and initiatives for Workplace programs across physical, digital and cultural changes.

You will contribute to the development of the overall communication plan for Workplaces projects.

You will also take an active role in c onsulting with business and program stakeholders in relation to communication requirements and develop communication plans and materials for specific initiatives and activities.

About You

Your success is important to us so you’ll bring demonstrated experience supporting change or transformation projects , particularly projects related to Activity Based Working, office relocations, technology implementation and use, or ways of working change.

You have d emonstrated ability to think strategically, create engaging visual content and experience using digital platforms for internal communications.

You have worked in a team environment to tight deadlines and have a successful track record in delivering great outcomes.

You are flexible, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and respond to challenges. In return, we’ll give you the autonomy to independently assess priorities and make decisions around how to structure your workload.

Crucial to your success in this role will be your excellent communication skills, keen eye for detail and a flair for visual content creation. You’re someone who can make decisions and take suitable action to ensure the success of workplace projects.

Salary And Benefits

The salary for this position is TfNSW Grade 7 ($103,965 - $116,441) per annum, plus superannuation and leave loading.
