  • High volume, inbound customer service, ASAP start!
  • $28.53p/h + Super, based in Sydney CBD, fast and dynamic environment
  • 2-month temporary assignment, with the potential to extend and the opportunity for permanency!
Lotus People are currently working with a very well-respected Financial Services client of ours, where we have a number of temporary candidates working already, that absolutely love the role and its incredible culture.
This is an opportunity to become part of a dynamic and down-to-earth team on a temporary basis, with the view of going permanent!

The Role

Within this role you will be responsible for taking a high-volume of inbound calls within the customer service team. You will confidently provide an informative service to the company's clients, who include the likes of doctors and teachers, assisting them with their queries or transfer them to the correct department depending on the nature of their call.

This role will see you utilising your superior communication skills, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills, whilst surrounded by a supportive team!

On a rotating roster, the working hours will be shifts between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm; you will receive your rosters 1 week in advance.

The Duties

  • Appropriately respond to customer queries over the phone
  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a fast, flexible, and dynamic way
  • Qualify inbound calls in order to direct customers to the right department
  • Follow up with outbound calls to customers where applicable
  • Manage the database, input information, and record conversations
  • Follow up with customers via email
  • Create reports and support with general administration

About You

You will be available immediately, have previous experience in a high volume customer service role, and have the ability to work in an ongoing capacity as there is the potential for the role to be extended for the right candidate!
