Your new role

  • Training, development, and management of our specialised sales team
  • Also working directly with key customers yourself to supplement the team.
  • Bring innovation and enthusiasm to the role
  • Lead the local team whilst being part of a national team of Regional Sales Managers.
  • Lead Strategic Planning, Forecasting & Sales Planning process for the Region.
  • Leading tender responses and manage key customer projects.
  • Achieve business metrics through effective negotiations with current customers
  • Prospect new clients and retain existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize cross selling opportunities

Skills and experience

  • Ability to manage and retain business with a well-honed commercial acumen
  • Work well under pressure, find opportunity and drive business
  • Solid knowledge of the industrial waste market, dangerous goods and waste management industry
  • Expertise and understanding of sales, tendering process
  • Ability to think outside the box and problem solve
  • Be Proactive with a positive attitude and self-starter character
  • Salesforce (CRM) experience
