The Opportunity 

RAW Marketing is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated marketing specialist to support the execution of demand generation campaigns and customer engagement programs in Australia and New Zealand. Working alongside our fast-growing team, you will call on your marketing expertise to drive targeted, integrated campaigns leveraging direct marketing, digital, events and virtual events, and our in-house outbound call team. This Marketing Account Manager will join our Brisbane office.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of marketing experience, and will be both strategically and commercially minded. You will join our office-based team in the Fortitude Valley, and will play a key role in managing clients, their marketing programs and business outcomes. You will be responsible for defining and delivering marketing initiatives that generate new pipeline, and accelerate and expand existing opportunities. We are a small team and the role guarantees no two days will be the same. You will thrive in the agency if you are flexible and adaptable to work on different channels and activities. 

We are a successful marketing agency and have grown a client-base of global and local technology brands, representing both vendor and channel marketing programs and initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. We work in an exciting and busy niche full of growth potential. This will be achieved through maintaining strong relationships across our key stakeholders, proven business value in the work we deliver and optimising our marketing services capabilities and offer. 

The agency has a full-service marketing services team, across design, digital, content, social, along with an in-house outbound call team. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Define and execute multi-touch account-based marketing plans that primarily focus on demand generation and lead progression 
  • Collaborate effectively with the internal marketing services team to follow briefing process and recommended campaign timelines 
  • Develop strong relationships with our clients to be positioned as an extension of their team 
  • Measure and report on the impact of marketing campaigns to support overall account and business goals 
  • Consume content on tech themes and brands in the local market, to grow your knowledge and, over time, insights to help inform demand generation activities 
  • Think outside the box to engage with our marketing audience, trying out different tactics to engage potential customers
  • Plan and execute small scale events (such as lunch & learns, breakfast meetings or webinars) 

What You’ll Need 

  • Minimum of five years marketing experience with B2B marketing campaigns/programs experience 
  • Experience in digital marketing, event management and campaigns execution 
  • Outstanding cross-functional collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving, and presentation skills 
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and an understanding of key marketing metrics 
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable program optimization strategies for new and existing initiatives. 
  • Bachelor degree in business/marketing highly regarded 
  • Proficient in office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint)
