Job Description

Due to a change in our finance team, we have the opportunity for a motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join us on a full-time, 6-month fixed-term basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the:

  • Management of workflow queue to ensure invoices are prioritised and actioned at the appropriate time
  • Accurate and timely payment of provider invoices via EFT, credit card and cheque
  • Mailbox management – processing of inquiries coming to general finance mailbox
  • Assistance and follow-up of unreconciled bank items
  • Follow-up and accurate processing of payment refunds
  • Processing returned cheques
  • Accurate reconciliation of provider statements
  • Undertaking of daily payment runs when required
  • Ad hoc duties where required.
