2 excellent opportunities to join a boutique real-estate agency in Adelaide's East or CBD. With a significant network within the property development sector in SA, this agency benefits substantially from many new townhouses and apartments being constructed and purchased by investors requiring tenants.

Our clients are currently looking for a Receptionist and Administrator in their Adelaide CBD office and their office in Adelaide's East.

Your new role
Working on a permanent and full time basis, you will have a variety of different duties and responsibilities. These include, however will not be limited to;

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Offering administrative support to the sales team
  • Filing, scanning, archiving documents
  • Meeting and greeting customers and clients
  • Keeping the office clean, neat and tidy
  • Ad-hoc admin duties which may arise

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you must be a highly motivated self-starter. You will have clear communication skills and be able to communicate to those at all levels effectively. You must have prior experience as an administrator or receptionist. Experience on Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
