JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is one of the longest established engineering consultancies in Australia. Over the years they have gone from strength to strength, well regarded for their award-winning structural designs across commercial, infrastructure and transportation sectors. 
 
The Role:
Due to the surge in their projects nationally, they have a rare opening for an Experienced or Senior Structural Engineer to work on landmark commercial projects across Brisbane and the wider QLD region. The typical projects will include a mixture of high-rise residential complexes, hotels, educational establishments, aged care facilities, heritage properties, industrial structures, and government buildings. You will be providing technical advice and support to their clients from all stages of design through to project delivery.
 
Criteria:

  • To be considered and successful in the role you will:
  • Have a minimum of a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and ideally be Chartered
  • Have a minimum of 5-10 years practice in the structural engineering of commercial, industrial and residential projects within an engineering consultancy
  • Be proficient in a variety of structural software packages
  • Enjoy interfacing with clients and working in multi-disciplinary teams
