The Company

An award-winning, iconic and well-established privately owned Property Developer with a strong history of delivering Residential and Mixed Use projects across Victoria. They have an exceptionally strong brand in the Property Development industry and are passionate about developing highly considered lifestyle apartments with strong amenities.

The Role

This is one of the most pivotal roles to the business and will cover Sales Contracts Administration, Settlements coordination and Customer Relationship Management. You will be liaising internally with almost every team and facet of the company, for example Development, Finance, Sales etc. Externally you will be liaising with lawyers and purchasers. You will work with internal departments to finalise the preparation of contracts for sales for both Off The Plan and established apartments.

You will be the first point of contact for purchasers, responsible for communciating progress updates throughout the process, as well as responding to any queries. You will be responsible for customer relationship management and managing the entire settlement process, including any variations and FIRB approvals.

You will manage risk and identify any potential issues that may impact the success of the settlement transaction and resolve this as required. You will coordinate multiple projects at a time, at different stages and monitor and report on the purchaser’s status throughout all the stages leading to completion of the project and then settlement.

Administration-wise you will ensure the accurate capture of information and documents on the CRM, including all contracts, sales and settlement status, price lists etc. Finally you will coordinate settlement inspections and assist with settlement handovers with purchasers.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within the Property or Construction industry - where you have liaised directly with purchasers

A personality that is friendly, warm and engaging

A customer first approach and love of communicating with people, together with a genuine desire to help people

Previous experience with sales contracts

A strong customer service background

Demonstrated knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
