Full Job Description
Our client is a leading niche professional services corporate, who is looking for a HR Business Partner to join one of their well respected and market leading brands across Australia. You will directly manage a HR Administrator, with a progressive Managing Director, with a dotted line into the Group National HR Manager in the parent company, to support the business go through their next stage of growth.

This is an autonomous broad generalist role, working across the entire HR remit, working for a medium sized organisation sitting on the executive leadership team, with high level of influence, and also with the support of a large multinational behind you.

More specifically your next role will see you:
Driving engagement nationally across the firm nationally;
Continuously driving and delivering best practice initiatives;
Consulting with line management and providing daily guidance in people related matters;
Develop leadership capability; providing coaching and acting as an advocate for broader leadership development programs;
Drive ideas and initiatives from parent corporate team;
Assisting with any transformational changes on people matters as a HR champion lead, in both organisational design or cultural change;
Monitoring and report on organisational development initiatives will be a key aspect of this role, including talent management, workforce and succession planning;
Nurturing a positive working environment by partnering with senior leaders.

To be considered for this role you will have:
Proven work experience in a similar role (HR manager or business partner);
Ideally come from professional services or corporate environment working with well qualified intellectual workforce;
Excellent people management skills;
Analytical and goal oriented;
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics;
Thorough knowledge of employment legislation;
Understanding of organisational and cultural change;
Ability to build strong credible trusted advisor relationships with executive leaders;
Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices;
Experience in organisational development and coaching is a plus.
