Role Summary

Become part of our global Agility leadership team, leading a team of 25+ agile coaches across the AsPac region!

We are looking for a Regional Agility Lead to join our business. This pivotal, newly created role requires an individual with a people first attitude and approach to successfully apply, coach and grow Agile mindset and principles.

In this role, you will coach and mentor leadership team members across AsPac at all levels across the organisation. You will facilitate continuous improvement by helping identify and remove organisational and team impediments to optimize our value stream, performance, habits, culture and best practices.

Your day-to-day will include:
Help champion a philosophy of continuous improvement and growth mindset across the organisation
Manage and mentor a team of agile coaches
Empower executive leadership to share a clear vision of values and goals in a way that creates alignment & engagement
Support and educate several different business units on building and maintaining goal-oriented roadmaps, focusing on goals and outcomes rather than projects and deadlines
Facilitate the exploration of issues, decisioning, conflicts, concerns, and approaches to organisational challenges
Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on working the problem not the person
Work with the organisation to build vitality around impediment removal at all levels
Assist with internal and external communication, improve transparency, and radiate information
Facilitate getting work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work

More about you:
Certified Scrum Professional with a Bachelor’s Degree and/or MBA
At least 10 years of experience in an Agile Coach or similar role using Scrum or Kanban in a global complex, matrix organisation.
Experience coaching Agile principles, practices, and frameworks outside of IT
Experience coaching director & executive level leadership
Good skills and knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Knowledge of various patterns and techniques for determining and growing organisational health
Excellent communication and mentoring skills\\

Whilst this position is based in Melbourne, you will be supporting countries across AsPac, including New Zealand, Singapore, China, Japan, India, Malaysia and Indonesia. Please be expected to travel to these countries as part of the role.
