In this role, you will be required to contact a selection of qualified leads and prospects to effectively promote the concept of Software / Hardware Support Contracts for existing & prospective customers.

Other responsibilities include:
Managing accounts by being accountable to what you say you will do from the beginning to the end of the sales process
Achieve monthly defined targets and objectives through consistency, drive, and autonomy
Demonstrate an ability to develop and maintain a strong working relationship with prospects, customers & internal sales/service/marketing teams
Closely monitor and report on continuous improvement progress of leads and prospects on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Recognise opportunities in the business you speak with, to introduce new product lines and services they may not be currently using


As a driven salesperson, your profile will include:
Minimum 2 years experience in sales or inside sales within a B2B environment, preferably in the printing or packaging industry
A proven track record in sales
Experience in Inside sales, preferably in selling Maintenance Contracts, Software Support Contracts, or small value Software is a definite plus
A resilient can-do attitude
Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
Great telephone manner and confidence in closing a sale
Good negotiation skills and ability to recognise product suitability
