Full Job Description
About the role

Reporting to our GM Customer & Product Propositions, this 12-month fixed term role will work collaboratively with other Heads of Product Propositions and Head of Customer Strategy, you’ll build product propositions to those customers who are looking to take out a home loan.

Thinking about the customer journey from start to end, you’ll identify and leverage third party partnerships to continually evolve propositions, building roadmaps and drawing from customer behavioural drivers and insights, to ensure that once we have customers onboard, we are doing all we can to retain them for the long term. As we move along the pathway to become a truly digital bank, this role will be pivotal to providing a frictionless digital experience for our home loan customers.

About you

A very strong product leader, you are both strategic and commercial and have a solid understanding of customer segmentation and how to design and manage product propositions to target customer needs - you easily set a vision and bring the entire organisation with you on the journey, and with your natural influencing, engagement and communication skills, this just comes naturally to you.

With your thorough knowledge of the banking, home loans, broker market and digital expertise, you effectively and easily drive change and outcomes, and are comfortable working with people at all levels right across the company.

You have a stack of digital, lifecycle management and relationship building skills, and always take a holistic approach to your role, constantly looking at ways to improve and always striving towards perfection.
