Our Organisational Development (OD) Team has a new opportunity to assist with programs of work across our OD practices with a specific focus on Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development you will support the delivery of OD programs, frameworks, processes, and tools, to drive commercial outcomes and value for our businesses.

In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the broader OD team across the other portfolios including Culture, Leadership, Talent, Engagement & Performance, flexing when needed to support a broad range of activities. This is a 12 month fixed term contract and can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

How will I help?

Diversity & Inclusion specific responsibilities with include:
Build strong D&I foundations at Bupa through activities including a diversity & inclusion review of all Bupa policies, a D&I data initiative, and D&I training initiatives across the business.
Work with our Employee Network groups including Career Trackers, Australian Network on Disability and Vision Australia (to name a few).
Support Workplace Gender Equality Agency, and other D&I reporting activities.
Support our Reconciliation Action Plan commitments by contributing to the development and execution of targeted employment strategies.

What do I need?

Experience supporting the delivery of complex programs of work, including frameworks, processes, and tools. Human centred design experience is preferred but not essential
Highly collaborative with the ability to engage with and communicate effectively with key stakeholders across the market unit at multiple levels
Experience in supporting the delivery of OD initiatives and programs of work in a large, complex, global and/or matrixed organisation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create commercial insights from HR data and metrics
Strong data collection, reporting and information management capabilities
A reputation for effective and timely delivery and making things happen at pace
Strong project management and planning capabilities
