The Role

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll join our high performing and collaborative Talent Acquisition team, facilitating talent growth at a time of peak change and transformation.

You will take ownership of a key business portfolio which will include senior and specialist recruitment. Acting as a true SME recruitment business partner who understands your portfolio and its requirements, you’ll consult on best fit recruitment practices and provide tactical solutions to sourcing challenges.

Driving effective and efficient recruitment outcomes and an optimal candidate and employee experience, you’ll support the delivery of business priorities and strategies. Using a variety of tools to execute strategic sourcing strategies, you’ll present qualified, crafted shortlists, creating bench strength and talent communities along the way.

You’ll also have the opportunity to plan, deliver and implement a broad range of projects and initiatives, focused on uplifting and optimising the Talent Acquisition function as well as driving our employer brand in market.

About You

You’re an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who brings with you both networks in your SME areas as well as a genuine passion and skill for sourcing hidden talent. You pride yourself on your ability to talk with the business in their language and your inquisitive mind sees you identify and tailor solutions that work for your stakeholder groups.

You’re driven and pragmatic and work to a continuous improvement agenda. You’re a team player who not only generates ideas but also drives these into action, with a proven ability to work at pace in a dynamic environment.
