Full Job Description
The successful candidate will provide high-level executive support to the Director, Office of the CEO, and Director, Communications, Solar Victoria. The successful candidate will demonstrate high-level interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including the capacity to liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Office of the CEO, and Senior Executives.
They will also be required to develop effective working relationships across Solar Victoria's metropolitan and regional offices and with other Groups within the Department. They will be highly organised, flexible, and responsive, with the ability to prioritise and effectively manage competing deadlines.
The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a high-performance team with a high degree of initiative and independence, with minimum supervision, and undertake a wide variety of work. Previous experience within a CEO /Deputy Secretary office will be viewed favourably.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Proven experience in providing high level executive support services to multiple Senior Executives.
This is a fixed term position available for a period of 2 years.
