Immediate start available, Monday to Friday full time hours

Due to an exciting time in one of our team members life, we have a 12 month max-term contract covering maternity leave and are looking for a dynamic Customer Care Consultant to join our inbound sales team based in Morwell to provide an exceptional level of service to customers!

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Assist customers via telephone or emails with a ‘customer first’ mentality
Assist account managers with customer quotes, enquiries, and upkeep
Understanding Customer’s sales history and proactively identifying requirements
Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions
Assisting Customers in our Trade Store as required

What you will need to succeed:
Previous experience providing an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external customers
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and manage conflicting priorities
High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential
Intermediate MS Office skills are essential
Exposure or experience with industrial safety products will be highly regarded
