Your responsibilities will include

Contact jobseekers via phone to collect limited information and arrange an onsite appointment for them to sign relevant documentation
  • Scanning and processing documentation
  • Undertake and/or support general administration on site, including incident management system, pool vehicle maintenance and other administrative duties
  • Provide a high-quality customer service to all people active at site, maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication.
You will possess the following skills and attributes

Reliable and punctual
Emotional intelligence and confidence
The ability to engage with customers over the phone
The ability to adapt and prioritise accordingly
