Exciting opportunity for a passionate People & Culture Business Partner to join a establishes Not-for-profit

The Company

Our client is an established international Not-for-Profit organisation committed to social and economic development throughout Australian.

The Role

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, some of the duties of this role will be:

Recruitment, onboarding, contract generation and reference checks
Working with managers on performance management, career progression, working groups and increasing staff engagement
Reporting; monthly stats reviewing and providing advice on these
Policies and procedures, advise and interpretations of EBA
General tasks supporting the P&C function

This is an initial 3-month role with potential view to permanency

About You

To be success in securing this opportunity, you will have the following:

A proactive, can-do and consultative approach
Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant discipline
Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally in a not-for-profit
Strong verbal and written communication skills
