Warumilang, with Apprenticeship Support Australia (ASA) part of the Victorian Chamber (VCCI) has a vacancy for a Client Services Officer trainee (Indigenous identified).

As the successful applicant, you will:
Work on-site with Apprenticeship Support Australia (ASA) in Melbourne CBD
Study for an accredited qualification: Certificate III Business

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Client Services Officer, some of your duties may include:

Processing of claims per the AA guidelines
Maintaining client files
Interpreting Australian Apprenticeship Programme guidelines to accurately asses and process incentives and claims
High level data entry
Additional administrative duties as required
Excellent attention to detail and strong computer confidence required

SELECTION CRITERIA

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong computer skills
Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to exercise judgment, high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy at all times

SALARY DETAILS

National Training Wage + 9.5% Superannuation
