As the successful applicant, you will:
  • Work on-site with CBRE in Burnley
  • Study for an accredited qualification: Certificate III Business

As the Corporate Receptionist Trainee, some of your duties may include:

Receiving and directing incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail
Greeting and announcing clients, applicants and visitors.
Coordinating setup of conference/meetings rooms, including arranging and reserving projectors and other meeting equipment
Coordinating catering for meeting and events as required
Performing general clerical duties associated with distributing packages and mail as required.
Ordering office supplies and common area items
Maintaining reception area and meeting room, as well as other common areas
Requesting building and housekeeping services
Maintaining tiles and SWMS


Customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to liaise with clients and draft correspondence and documentation;
A high level of spelling and grammar;
Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines;
Ability to work under minimal supervision;
Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
Ability to exercise judgment, high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy at all times;


National Training Wage + 9.5% Superannuation
