Full Job Description
The Regulatory Program Manager will lead delivery of high-quality regulatory operations services for the Gippsland region. This is a key leadership role in delivering the Office of the Conservation Regulator's regulatory services to benefit the Victorian community. This role includes developing and implementing schedules of work and operations plans that reflect regional and state-wide priorities and resource availability.
The purpose of this role is to lead service excellence in building the capacity, capability, and culture of regional and district personnel to provide a range of compliance services that addresses risk to the Department's objectives and environmental assets valued by the community.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of conservation regulatory legislation, policy and the planning and delivery of compliance operations.
  • Experience in delivering regulatory operations.
  • Certificate IV in Government Investigations or equivalent.
This is a fixed term position available until 30 November 2021. This position is located in Gippsland - Latrobe Valley region.
