The role

As Business Support Officer, your role will be to provide effective and efficient administrative support to OzChild programs and its clients. This includes completing program specific and general administrative tasks; general office management; financial administration support and vehicle fleet management support as required.

We continue to grow our reach and strengthen our impact delivering innovative, evidence-based models to support preservation and reunification outcomes for families. To support our growth we are searching for a Business Support Officer who wants to be part of an ambitious organisation leading and influencing sector change.

What you will do:
Effectively manage Microsoft Office at an intermediate level
Deliver quality, accurate and timely administrative Business Support to a range of programs and teams: Foster Care, National Support Office and Family Worx
Diary management, scheduling appointments
Data management to develop reports and presentations
Support to financial services
Fleet management

A full-time permanent role OR a part time permanent role
38 hours per week or 30.4 hours per week
Hybrid working model from an office in Yarraville and/or home office
