The role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the ability to build rapport and convey technical information in a logical manner to our professional customers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, cross functional team that is fundamental to the success of MYOB!
Reporting to the Practice Support Team Leader, you will support our customers who will be using a range of MYOB accounting practice software and service solutions. In particular, you will be responsible for answering in-bound customer calls as well as responding to incoming email and other related correspondence.

What you will bring
You will have a demonstrated understanding of IT and enjoy keeping up to date with the new technical aspects of your role, as well as possessing a sound understanding of accounting principles. This role requires a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We want someone who loves to think on their feet and enjoys juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders at any given time.

Skills and experience we are looking for:
  • Work-related experience within an accounting practice or commercial IT environment (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills - you're a natural when it comes to dealing with professional customers over the phone
  • Highly motivated to achieve client satisfaction through solution and efficiency
  • Natural ability to multitask and prioritise by using your exceptional problem solving skills
  • Confidence in technical troubleshooting
