Come and join EPAs People and Culture team.
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate HR Business Partner to lead frontline advisory and solution services.
The Business Partner Lead will collaborate with

  • Senior leaders across the organisation to achieve strategic people plan outcomes,
  • Manage complex employee relations issues,
  • Support change management initiatives and develop policies that support contemporary ways of working.
Genuine consideration will be given to candidates that seek flexible arrangements. A minimum of 0.7FTE is anticipated to be required to be successful in this position.
