A Temporary assignment based in Preston. Busy office environment, needing a first point of contact to assist with day to day office duties

The Company

Our client is Asia Pacific's leading provider of vehicle parts, accessories, equipment, service and solutions. They are looking for an experienced Receptionist to come in and join the team on a temporary basis for the next two months.

The Role

Reporting to the Accounts Manager this role will have a range of duties, responsibilities including:

General reception duties
Meet and greet staff, clients
Managing the phone, mail and couriers
Toll & fines maintenance

Your Profile

You will have experience in Reception/Administration

You will have experience using EXCEL

You will have the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively

You will be immediately available to commence work

You will have exception attention to detail
