Who we’re looking for
Our NDIS & Older Adults Services team based in Box Hill are looking for two casual (25 to 30 hours) Support Workers to join them with a view to permanent employment.

If you hold a Cert IV in Mental Health, Community Services, Individual Support, enjoy variety in your day and passionate about supporting others meet their goals and develop their independence, then we would love to hear from you!

In line with your commitment to customer care, you will have experience working with people with disability and/or psych-social disability, a proven ability to communicate effectively and be able to follow and implement individual service plans, personal care, healthcare, and positive behaviour support plans to members of our community in their homes.

What you’ll be doing
We'll be looking to you to provide support services to Customers (as outlined in their care or service delivery plan) to assist them in maintaining independence and achieving identified goals such as cooking, nutrition, social engagement, personal care and budgeting.

You will be working across a couple of sites to service clients in different geographical areas.

Who you’ll be working with
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead and the NDIS Older Adult Manager you will be part of a wider team of approx. 20 service delivery professionals, however, you won’t work directly with them. A team is full of dynamic and motivated individuals who are passionate about supporting the health and wellbeing of those affected in their communities.
