Our ideal candidate will have an understanding of driving incremental demand to our website through digital performance marketing initiatives focused on new acquisition and existing customers to continue our growth across MYOB’s product offerings to the SME, Enterprise and Accountants & Partners categories. You'll help strategically lead paid digital marketing activities across SEM, display, video, social and other paid opportunities, continuing our growth across MYOB’s product offerings to the Enterprise category.

Key Objectives Outcomes
  • Strong and active campaign management to optimise media spend and campaign performance to drive growth trends (leads, trials and sales) whilst minimizing media spend = wastage.
  • Deliver and optimise campaigns in line with best practice guidelines to drive business objectives
  • Support driving a structured ‘test & learn’ optimization plan.
  • Develop effective performance and insight reporting to inform the Digital Marketing Manager of current and forecasted campaign performance.
  • Play an active role in responding to briefs that deliver results
  • Utilize & identify data & analysis, tools, systems and other resources as appropriate to develop and maintain best practice online acquisition campaigns. These may include:
Web analytics - Google Analytics 360
  • Campaign and audience management platforms - Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, SA360, DV360, Facebook, Linkedin…
  • Related internal and external marketing automation & email marketing solutions - Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Coordinate, socialise and share plans, initiatives and findings with colleagues throughout the business to ensure a collaborative and professional working environment
Knowledge, Experience and Expertise
  • Deep understanding of digital media channels as Search, Social and Display channels, having created and handled campaigns.
  • Experience with campaign management toolsets (Google Ads and/or Google Marketing Platform) and web analytics (Google Analytics 360)
  • Understanding of standard methodology across different digital media channels
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and develop business cases to support new opportunities.
  • Up to date relevant certifications
  • Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years in a digital marketing role with proven paid search and social experience
