Project Coordinator- Home Care

Regis Home Care provides in-home care services with a difference. Through a support network that extends across Australia, our number one aim is to ensure our clients get the assistance they need.

Currently servicing six locations across Australia - Cairns, Eastern Metro Melbourne, Mildura, Darwin, Launceston and Hobart- we are passionate about aligning the services we offer to the varying needs of our valued clients.

About the role

Based at our National Head Office in Armadale, The Project Coordinator will assist the National General Manager and the Business Process Improvement team in the planning, scheduling and implementation of project-related activities. This role will assist in successfully implementing initiatives by providing support in administration, communications, change management and process improvement within the Home Care Team. Collaboration with the IT Projects team will be required to support the technology based change program.

The position is being offered on a 2 year fixed term contract.

Key responsibilities include

Support the National General Manager and Business Process improvements team members with the design, delivery and scheduling of change management activities and approaches
Assist with the creation of centralised of key administrative processes improvements including report and file extraction, collation and distribution
Uses all available data analysis, information and trending to monitor the performance and delivery of process and change initiatives and the early identification and control of risk.
Assist in creating the Home Care Business Process Documentation to be uploaded and published in our documentation management system
Establish and maintain accurate records, documentation, meeting minutes, emails and logical, accessible filing system including archiving, version control and naming conventions.
Schedule and minute taking business change and improvement meetings
Provide timely, prompt, friendly and efficient service to internal and external customers.
Co-ordinate with and support the Home Care team in their own role objectives.

To be successful in the role you require

Experience in a similar role in home care/ aged care or healthcare
Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Process documentation/administration/coordination experience
Competent user of MS office products and able to pick up and learn new systems
Experience in delivering outcomes across a geographically spread business and in a matrix environment;

Mandatory requirements for all candidates

Consistent with State and Territory public health orders and with Regis’ mandatory vaccination policy, all candidates must produce evidence that they have received the current (i.e. 2021) seasonal influenza vaccination or medical evidence to Regis’ satisfaction of an accepted clinical contraindication to receiving the influenza vaccination prior to commencement at the job
Proof of the right to work lawfully in Australia
