Salary package (Executive package) in the range of $192,800 to $249,700 per annum (includes 9.5% super), will be negotiated with the successful candidate, depending on skills and experience.

Who we are looking for

  • - Extensive experience within a senior executive role, operating in a complex corporate or government environment.
  • - A proven leader with extensive experience leading large and complex teams with advanced operational, budgetory and people management skills in a deadline driven environment.
  • - Strong experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, change management and delivering programs that achieve strategic outcomes.
  • - Extensive skills building and maintaining stakeholder relations, liaising, negotiating and influencing at a senior level, including the ability to provide robust advice and documentation
  • - Advanced knowledge of the building industry, regulatory frameworks, codes, regulations, standards and Government Policy in Victoria and/or other Australian jurisdictions, including experience in the practical application of relevant legislation and regulations.
