About You

Due to the growth of our business and an expanded portfolio of projects in Australasia, we have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Consultant to join our team.

You’ll bring experience working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Consultant as part of a HR COE (Centre of Excellence) or experience as a Recruitment Consultant working with a portfolio of engineering/building services clients. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in the below key areas:

Knowledge of progressive, leading talent acquisition practices and key trends, including advanced LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge and diversity recruitment best practices
Relevant recruitment experience with a focus on creative sourcing techniques and building talent pipelines for unique roles
Working in a fast paced and multicultural environment with a proven track record in handling complex roles with niche skills in a geographically diverse setting
A strong client focus, with a high degree of urgency and responsiveness
Solid experience working with ATS systems such as Taleo or similar
Strong project, stakeholder management, and execution skills - organised, creative and analytical in approach to the job
Relevant industry knowledge, sourcing building services technical or engineering roles preferred
Experience in promoting and elevating employer branding initiatives, and managing employer referral activities
Collaborative and focused on team success

About the role

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist/Consultant, you will be part of a team responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring the best people to meet our business needs in the region. This includes positioning Arup as an employer of choice in a variety of job markets locally and internationally through best practice talent acquisition methodologies and by adopting modern strategies to attract and secure great talent.

You will work as key member of our established Talent Acquisition COE (Centre of Excellence), while engaging directly with business stakeholders and HR Business Partners across your portfolio.
