The Opportunity

Reporting to the Sales Manager at our Rowville branch, we are seeking an Account Manager to join our busy sales team. With the full support of your internal sales buddy, you will take ownership of your customer list servicing both new and existing customers. Driving your role like it’s your own business, your hunger to build exceptional relationships will guarantee that business strategies and targets are set up to succeed.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Maximise sales, margin and profit performance
Grow existing customer base whilst providing exceptional service to an existing customer list
Keep up to date with the latest product developments
Perform regular reporting and administration tasks
Represent the Bowens brand to customers

We are looking for an individual who possess the below skills:

Prior experience as a high performing professional in a competitive and fast paced sales role
A valid driver’s licence
Industry knowledge and a sound understanding of market trends and competitor activity
Excellent interpersonal skills, highly self-motivated with a can-do attitude;
An ability to deliver outstanding service and build great relationships
A self-motivated approach and strong follow through on customers' requests
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional time management skills
