JOB DESCRIPTION

The role

Reporting directly to the General Manager – Business Services, this newly created senior leadership role represents a career defining opportunity for an experienced Analytics professional to join the WA Primary Health Alliance at a time of transformation and change.


This role will be offered on a full-time limited-term contract basis to 30 June 2023.


Operating within a dynamic, collaborative environment, you will be tasked with leading and developing our capability in the use of data and analytics including governance, policy and process to support best practice methodologies and to drive optimum business outcomes.


About you

As a seasoned Analytics professional, you will have a proven track record working across cross-functional portfolios, with the ability to define data and information needs that inform decision making and supports organisational goals and objectives.


You will be experienced leading transformative change with the ability to design and implement change management and to develop team capability. Your communication skills will be second to none and you will be comfortable influencing and negotiating at all levels to build and maintain good working relationships.


Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to focus strategically to manage and resolve complex matters is essential for this role, along with a tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
