Position / Duties

The position is expected to maximise sales profitability, growth and account penetration by developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new markets, closing project opportunities and building long lasting customer relationships.

We are seeking a successful candidate with extensive Business Development experience of 5 years, with strong technical knowledge of all types of HVACR systems and be tertiary qualified or hold relevant trade qualification.

The key responsibilities of this role include but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow existing and develop new business
  • Engage with all decision makers across all stakeholders on major opportunities
  • Meet sales milestones and achieve KPI's
  • Take sales lead on all major project opportunities
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and close out major projects
  • Maintain an up to date and accurate customer database


Skills
