We are looking for a loyal, dedicated and bubbly Client Services Coordinator who will answer up to 180 calls a day. You will build rapport with our long term tenants ensuring everyone who walks through our doors or calls feel like they are at home.

Your new role


We regard this position as one of the most important in the company as you are the face of our organisation. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):


  • Providing outstanding telephone answering and administration services to prospective, new, and current clients
  • Maintenance of general reception duties in an organised and proactive manner
  • Liaising with clients regarding upselling of APSO services
  • Ensure upkeep of business centre databases and assisting with supply orders
  • Coordinating boardroom bookings, setting up boardrooms, organising catering & coffee orders
  • Completion of administration work for clients or staff, including coding and processing of supplier invoices.
  • Providing support to the Business Managers in the day to day running of the serviced office
  • Set up and display of vacant offices and set up of Serviced Offices when a new client moves in.


What you need to succeed


  • Customer service experience necessary with Reception, Hospitality or Hotel background preferred. 
  • Reception and customer service experience necessary
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi task and keep calm under pressure
  • Personable with an approachable demeanour
  • Ability to work in a team based environment whilst managing your own workload
  • A positive and adaptable attitude
