We are seeking Senior Environment Protection Officers (VPS4) to join the Regional Operations Directorate across our 7 Regions, located at our offices in Sunshine, Preston, Dandenong, Wangaratta, Bendigo, Geelong and Traralgon. 

Your role as a Senior Environment Protection Officer

  • Support industry and business to comply with Victoria's new environment protection laws through the adoption of preventative systems and controls
  • Enforce the law to prevent harm from pollution and waste and drive environmental outcomes
  • Lead compliance and enforcement activities, conduct complex assessments and develop strategies to improve compliance outcomes
  • Mentor and lead Environmental Protection Officers
