Reporting lead - VPS 6

We are looking for an experienced Reporting Lead who will be responsible for delivering the analytics and reporting priorities of the WoVG HCM Program to assist in assessing performance, drive strategic and operational improvement and provide accountability to government and wider stakeholders.

The Digital Strategy and Transformation branch provides leading thinking on digital and technology across whole of Victorian government as well as being responsible for the digital strategy and architecture; digital policy, governance and assurance; and cyber security.

The HCM program sits within the branch and is responsible for providing digital policy thought leadership across the whole of Victorian government. 

Therefore, we are looking for a candidate who demonstrate the behaviours needed to experiment and adopt innovative approaches. Such as agile, action orientated, curious, reflective, courageous, outcomes focussed, imaginative, resilient, and empathetic.

About you

  • The ideal candidate will have significant experience establishing and developing analytical products such as reports, dashboards, visualisations, and algorithms for a wide range of stakeholders and has a deep appreciation of the audience and how written materials may be interpreted.
  • Has demonstrated experience capturing and assessing reporting requirements, confirming completeness and quality assurance.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
