Day to Day:

  • Manage large budget to provide actionable insights
  • Must be comfortable managing budget campaigns, structuring campaigns for efficiency and achieve ROAS positive results
  • Develop, manage and optimize multi-channel Digital Marketing campaigns including Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliate (coupon) Marketing, Display, SEO and Union Networks
  • Translate Campaign Briefs into global Multi-Channel-Campaigns
  • Oversee and manage, and analysis campaign performance across various digital platforms
  • Optimize ad spend based on performance, insights and data
  • Coordinate projects with advertising media agencies and partners on a campaign basis to ensure briefs are translated into effective campaigns
  • Resolving technical issues pertaining to campaign set up (targeting issues, tag set up, feed issues etc.)
  • Manage daily responsibilities of all Digital Marketing Channels and team members/agencies to support CEO
  • Manage socials and supervise organic social campaign including paid influencer campaign


  • Provide detailed reports to CEO that deliver insights, optimizations and KPI’s
  • Scale budgets and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs
  • Analyze data and build customer reports to understand how consumers are engaging with our brands


  • 3+ years running digital strategy and paid marketing campaigns on Facebook and Google for eCommerce brands
  • 2+ years consistent experience running paid traffic campaigns on Facebook
  • Experience in programmatic with an understanding of data and segmentation
  • Experience creating data-driven solutions and actioning them for clients
  • Must be a service-orientated individual with a positive and friendly demeanor
  • Proven experience managing budget campaigns and clients
  • Understanding of fundamental digital marketing principles – social media, target segmentation, value proportion, positioning and brand strategy. The full funnel.
