This opportunity joins a well established and stable team within the business that are now looking to add in an Executive due to some great client wins and increased workload. Working under a strong and dedicated manager, it is a chance to develop your skills for progression in the industry and Bohemia within a team that has built a close bond and fun culture within the agency.


You will be focused on your Performance Marketing education while developing people management skills by helping to manager coordinators in the team. You can apply your experience to support the day to day operation of a client centric, proactive Performance Marketing team that delivers results, service and success to each of their teams clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership over the delivery of all client approved targets, on time and within budget
  • Ensure all BAU/campaign activity is managed within budget through careful pacing and ongoing financial reconciliation
  • Provide upward management to ensure your manager is informed on project and client progress & performance
  • Complete tasks relevant to your level and role; such as managing booking confirmations, ensuring tags and pixels are implemented correctly and launching campaign activity
  • Invest in your learning by attending training sessions, embracing your mentorship and on the job coaching and seeking guidance when required
  • Develop amazing working relationships with clients and agency partners


What will help you succeed?

  • 2-3 years’ of Performance marketing experience across either Search, Social or Programmatic
  • Strong experience in the day to day optimisation of BAU and campaign activity
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Search platforms like Google Search Ads 360
  • DSP And Ad Serving platforms like Google Display & Video 360
  • Channels such as Facebook, Bing
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for the Paid Media space
  • Bringing a curiosity and an accountability to your work and role
