Following a sustained multi-year growth trajectory, we are looking for a strategic client associate who can support the growth of enterprise client accounts by working alongside senior team members to drive executive thought leadership events, meetings and proposals.

The brief is for you to utilise your commercial nous to deliver impact across the customer journey including:

  • Conducting market & customer profiling to inform the strategic plan
  • Leveraging real time marketing insights (web traffic, dashboards) to drive client interactions through the ideal channels (events, briefings, discussions, nurture streams)
  • Connecting with inbound enquiries to perform high-level needs analysis
  • Setting the framing for key meetings and contributing to the thinking & content
  • Handling written communications for executive client stakeholders in between interactions 
  • Contributing to the creation of proposals and thought leadership documents
  • Forward planning to ensure client interaction volumes grow steadily
  • Actively inputting into the go to market strategy and its execution along with improving ways of working
