JOB DESCRIPTION

Located in Murarrie, Brisbane Pinnacle Safety and Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), and nationwide industry leader in the provision of safety training and related safety services.We train a range of nationally recognized safety-related competencies in the areas of height safety, confined space entry, fire safety, mine safety, rescue and emergency response and work health and safety.

We are seeking an RTO Operations Administrator for our Murarrie facility, who can successfully perform the coordination and system functions and activities to support our company's operational needs. 

The core expectations of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as an assistant to the Regional Manager
  • Overseeing and allocating operational resources in line with revenue targets, KPI's and productivity objectives
  • Collaborating with the Regional Operations Training Manager and Business Development team to provide a seamless, customer-focused experience for all clients
  • Reviewing and implementing regional administration processes to identify efficiency gains, in line with national operations and initiatives
  • Administering all assets (including facilities) in order to provide an exceptional customer experience in a safe environment
  • Maintaining and administering RTO and operations data management systems (Job Ready, AROFLO, ect), including filing and archiving
  • Ensuring all administration processes adhere to NVR standards for RTO
  • Coordinating all service work and major projects, in collaboration with Regional Operations Training Manager and Business Development Team, through innovation and efficient and effective allocation of resources

  • Experience in a similar role providing high-level support and assistance at a senior level
  • Problem-solving abilities and pro-active approaches
  • Be comfortable working under pressure with constantly changing priorities and competing demands, while maintaining excellent attention to detail
  • An exceptional, solutions-focused and customer-service-orientated team player with a “can do” attitude
  • Be diligent, self-motivated and calm under pressure, with exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Must be a team player in the true sense – supportive, interactive, solution-oriented
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal and people skills, and be comfortable building rapport, engaging with and influencing all levels of internal & external stakeholders
