  • Keswick location
  • Full time hours for a temp EA with Board support experience starting mid to end of April in Keswick.

    About the Opportunity

    You will be providing support to management and Executive level in this busy administrative role. You will be Reporting to the CEO you will ensure that

    • CEO appointments are booked as required
    • Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls
    • Assist with the preparation of Board papers
    • Board secretarial support including minuting meetings
    • Liaise with Board members and assist with any queries
    • Organising meetings face to face and video conferencing meetings
    • Preparing documents for distribution
    • Printing and scanning as needed
    • General administrative assistance
    • Ensuring meeting rooms, Reception area and kitchen area are clean and tidy

    About You

    You are a confident administrator who has a love of customer service and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be comfortable liaising with a CEO, Board and communicating with internal and external executives.

    You have

    • Demonstrated capability to provide Board secretarial support
    • Proven administrative experience
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to present documents with appropriate spelling, grammar and consistent formatting
    • Intermediate MS Office skills
    • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
    • Great communication skills and a professional manner
    • Impeccable personal presentation
    • Ability to assist with general office technology (eg. Zoom, Office 365, web based programmes)

    You must be available for one Board meeting per month starting at 7.30am on a Thursday morning.
