The Role

Reporting to Replenishment Team Leader and working within the purchasing team, this role represents a fantastic opportunity for you to utilise your expertise in demand and inventory management within a dynamic and fast-paced organisation.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring and performing regular demand calculation reviews of inventory levels across all branches nationally
  • Managing additional stock submission process including validation, demand updates, follow up of evolution and dealing with potential overstock issues
  • New accounts implementation
  • Managing demand corrections on existing accounts
  • Preparing monthly department KPI reports and analyses
  • Supporting ad hoc projects as assigned by Replenishment Team Leader

About You

The ideal applicant will possess the following:

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in demand and inventory planning
  • Strong analytical skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Collaborative approach and confident communication skills to liaise with key internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Superior time management and organisational skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to champion new systems
