  • Permanent Part-Time position | Monday to Friday | 6.00am to 11.00am
  • Operations all-rounder | Warehouse and Administration Focus
  • Must have own vehicle, Current Driver's Licence + Forklift Licence

The Role

We are currently looking for an Warehouse Coordinator to join our small Canberra operations team performing an array of duties covering office coordination, operations support and merchandising.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Administration support for the sales team including email and calendar management as required
  • Sort and allocate runs and loads for drivers ready for delivery
  • Monitor drivers to ensure efficient and on time customer deliveries
  • Respond to both internal and external customer queries
  • Maintain clients’ stock levels by completing stocktake and placing orders on behalf of the customers to replenish supply of stock
  • Coordinate safety and compliance inspections as required (fire equipment, emergency lighting, etc.)
  • Coordinate maintenance and ensure general cleanliness of both the office and warehouse
  • Additional ad hoc tasks as required

About You

To qualify for the role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and efficient time management skills
  • Ability to multi task between office and warehouse requirements
  • Must have own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence
  • Must hold a current Forklift Licence
