We have investment advisers, property consultants, marketing and creative specialists in the team to support our business in large residential and commercial development across different capital cities such as Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane, and Gold Coast.

Job Summary

  • Advertising for the property to attract tenants and advising vendors in relation to marketing options.
  • Organising open inspections for interested tenants, performing rental application reviews and sign up processes to suitable tenants, and conducting reference check of tenants.
  • Collecting and holding rent monies from the tenants. 
  • Performing incoming, outgoing and periodic inspections, and preparing inspection reports.
  • Managing repairs and maintenance of rental properties, handling complaints.
  • Proactively managing and resolving tenancy challenges before they become issues.
  • Monitoring and addressing non-compliance with terms and conditions of tenancy and pursuing rental arrears.
  • Preparation of internal reporting, including periodic performance reporting and proposal of strategic plans, based on the local rental market and company’s property management business performance.
  • Assessing tenants’ needs and locating properties as well as business opportunity.
  • Tribunal preparation and attendance when required.

Annual Salary:

$65,000 p.a.

What we need from you:

  • Two years Property Management experience (desired but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A strong focus on client relationship building 
  • Current Registration of Property Manager
  • Able to travel to Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne if required
  • Chinese language skill considered a plus
