ABOUTTHE JOB

  • Building and executing the brand online strategy tomeet consumer expectations and drive commercial opportunities
  • Drive digital channel animation & execution byworking collaboratively with digital and brand teams to deliver holistic andcoherent O+O digital activity initiatives
  • Constructing content and marketing activation plansfor e-retailers & pure players with the objective to influence retailersand gain synergies between brand digital activities, content strategy ande-retailer strategies
  • Ensuring consumer trends, insights, path topurchase and behaviours (online and offline) are integrated into decisionmaking
  • Monitoring the state of market, consumers andcompetitors by reviewing e-business market information on mergers,acquisitions, launches, trends and through regular e-store visits andassessments
  • Tracking trends and acting on insights to optimisee-retail SEO and brand SEM
  • Collaborating with brand team members to facilitatethe conversion of KPI’s, delivering clear objectives (digital and datacollection based) and providing insights to help with decision making andimprove user experience
  • Collecting, analysing and interpreting informationderived from all data sources to generate insights, track ROI and makeconstructive strategic decisions and recommendations to management

ABOUT YOU

  • You have around 5 years previous experience withina ecommerce/digital brand manager role within a similar environment
  • You will have high level of attention to detail andaccuracy, with excellent communication skills
  • You will be able to work within budgets and tightdeadlines
  • You will have great analytical skills to provideaccurate and on point reporting
  • You will be adaptable to a fast paced environmentwith a readiness to learn
  • You will be able to demonstrate initiative, greatinterpersonal skills, work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
