JOB DESCRIPTION

This roles purpose is to shape and define industry-leading Performance Media strategies for our clients across Zenith. The Performance Director is the key partner of all senior client relationships across Performance Media but not limited to Search Engine Marketing, Programmatic, Video, Social and Mobile channels and platforms. You will ensure Zenith’s performance capabilities are cutting edge and data centric with the focus to deliver outstanding value to clients whilst working with an integrated service model tailored to their individual needs.

Other Skills and Experience:

Ability to manage the senior client relationships to ensure we are aligned with the client and delivering on their business needs.
Oversee the build of new and existing Search, Programmatic, and Social campaign accounts ensuring a high level of detail is observed and we are aligned to the client brief.
Manage the Performance team to ensure account deliverables including reporting, optimisation tactics, quality-checks and best practice while we adhere to the strategy set.
Introduce and develop platforms, processes and to ensure Zenith Performance team and capabilities are best in class.
Present to C-level and Senior clients as well as internally to the broader teams.
Ability to identify and cross-sell performance media products across the agency’s client portfolio.
Supporting on new business pitches outside of your day-to-day client set

Qualifications

7+ years minimum experience in digital, performance or ad tech
Must have an excellent grasp of Performance Media (planning and buying)
Must have experience and working knowledge of performance media platforms – From Ad servers to DSPs/Bid Management Platforms, Analytics, Ad Verification Technology and Audience Planning Tools.
Strong team management and leadership skills. Has proven abilities in mentoring, training and developing high performing teams.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Can confidently present, and construct well-substantiated digital media strategies.
