As the Performance Media Director you will be responsible for defining industry-leading holistic performance media strategies spanning paid search, paid social, programmatic, video and mobile platforms while overseeing a team of 4.
Working as part of an agile team with our customer, a typical day might involve:
Own the mid-senior customer relationship to ensure we are aligned with the customer and delivering on their business needs.
Oversee the build of new and existing Search, Programmatic, Social campaign accounts ensuring a high level of detail is observed and we are aligned to the customer brief.
Supporting Business Directors across the team and managing Account Managers, Executives and/or Coordinators to ensure account deliverables including reporting, optimisation tactics, copy-writing, quality-checks and best practice while we adhere to the strategy set.
Add a strategic layer to our base-line delivery in-line with the customer business objectives, to go above and beyond their experience of Performics Mercerbell

People management; the development of team members including their goal setting, ensuring their high levels of service and the day to day people management administration including timesheets and approving leave.

Some stuff that will help you get the job:

Advanced (6+ years) understanding and working knowledge of either SEM, Paid Social or Programmatic campaign build and/or management, strategy writing and successful implementation
Advanced (6+ years) understanding of Google or Adobe Analytics
Strong client management capabilities at the enterprise level
